Community Improvement Corporation
The Prairie Township Community Improvement Corporation was established for the purpose of advancing, encouraging, and promoting the industrial, economic, commercial, and civic development of Prairie Township.
The Board consists of (9) members.

The CIC Board is currently looking to fill an upcoming vacancy on the Board. This seat is to be filled by a Prairie Township resident. The deadline to submit a letter of interest is March 31, 2020.
This program is designed to complement the West Broad Street Streetscape project by encouraging private investment that extends West Broad Street improvements onto abutting private property, as well as to help business owners to adapt to the presence of street trees in the corridor. This project is funded by the Prairie Joint Economic Development District (the “JEDD”) and the Prairie – Obetz Joint Economic Development Zone (the “JEDZ”) for the benefit of businesses and other entities located in those areas.
