Bids received will be opened at 7:00 pm on March 2nd, reviewed, then awarded at the next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of Prairie Township.
The Bidding Documents may be obtained at the Prairie Township Fire Department 123 Inah Ave Columbus Ohio 43228 at no cost. A copy of the bid notice and bid forms can be also be emailed upon request. Please make requests for specifications to Firefighter D.J. Mckinney at Dmckinney@prairietownship.org.
Bids must be signed and submitted on the supplied bid form. The sealed envelope shall be marked “SCBA Bid.” Each bid shall contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the bid and all persons interested therein, as well as all documents. No bidder shall withdraw his or her bid after the actual opening thereof. Prairie Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid that is deemed by Township to be in the best interest of the Township.
